Zizzy the Piglet

This is another painting I created for a little girl who was hospitalized. She has a beloved pig named Zizzy, who she’s had since it was a piglet. She told me that Zizzy loves to sniff flowers, and even showed me some adorable pictures of her doing just that.

Inspired by those sweet moments, I painted Zizzy surrounded by beautiful flowers. The joy the young lady found in the innocence of Zizzy’s actions really touched my heart, and I wanted to capture that in this painting. It’s a reminder of the simple pleasures in life and the special bond we share with our pets.

Actually, the original wasn't a true 'painting.' I used a combination of chalk and blended watercolors and then sealed it.
