Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your artwork, we offer a full refund of the purchase price under the following conditions:

1. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the artwork back to us.
2. Condition: The artwork must be returned in its original, resaleable condition. This means it should be free from any damage, alterations, or signs of wear.
3. Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at to start the return process.
4. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will process your refund. Please allow 14 days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method. NOTE: We have NO control over this time frame. It is up to the Shopify merchant account and your credit card company.
