Scratchman - Doctor Who
Regular price $214.99I created this piece as a little tribute to Tom Baker, the 4th Doctor Who. He wrote and voiced a book called “Scratchman,” and for those in the know, Scratchman is a nickname for the Devil. Listening to Mr. Baker’s voice took me right back to my teenage years when I first discovered The Doctor.
In this painting, I’ve tried to capture that eerie yet captivating essence that Baker brought to life. The scene is dark and moody, with a full moon casting an eerie glow over everything. There’s this scarecrow-like figure standing tall, with crows perched on it, adding to the gothic vibe. The whole thing feels like a moment frozen in time, a blend of nostalgia and that delicious shiver you get when you flirt with the shadows.
It’s not just about what’s in the painting; it’s about the feeling it evokes. It’s like stepping into a story half-told, where the silence between day and night whispers ancient secrets.
