I have a fascination with frogs and mushrooms, and luckily, our barn is surrounded by plenty of both. While I’m not certain what type of mushrooms these are, they grow abundantly in our area (minus the glow, of course). One evening, I stumbled upon a baby frog perched on one of these mushrooms, gazing out into the world as if contemplating the meaning of life.

As I created this piece, I imagined nature glowing and humming with life, much of which we aren’t even aware of. Yet, whether we notice it or not, the earth is teeming with life and energy. Like the frog, we might find ourselves pondering the mysteries of existence.
